Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website or contracting services with Southern Voices Printing Press (SVPP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws of the Philippines, and any project-specific contracts signed between you and SVPP.

2. Printing Quotations & Order Approvals

For custom offset book printing, brochures, and publishing runs:

Quotations: Price quotes generated through our online calculator or formal estimates are valid for 30 calendar days unless specified otherwise.
Proof Approval: Clients are required to sign off on final digital or physical proofs before press runs begin. SVPP is not responsible for typographical errors, layout oversights, or low-resolution image degradation present in client-approved proofs.
Color Matching: Minor variance between digital RGB/CMYK screen monitors and physical offset ink presses is inherent to print production. We adhere to industry standards for color accuracy.

3. Content Responsibility & Legal Compliance

Clients retain full legal responsibility for materials submitted for printing or publishing. You warrant that submitted content does not violate intellectual property rights, copyright laws, or defamation statutes. SVPP reserves the right to decline print jobs containing illegal material.

4. Turnaround & Delivery Timelines

Production schedules commence only after receipt of initial deposit payments and formal proof approvals. Estimated delivery dates are given in good faith, but SVPP is not liable for delays caused by national holidays, severe weather events, or courier transit disruptions.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes shall be brought before competent courts in Metro Manila.
