Data & Intellectual Property Policy

1. Author & Client Copyright Ownership

At Southern Voices Printing Press, we strictly respect independent creators and institutional partners. All literary rights, character concepts, cover art, and design files provided remain 100% the property of the respective author or publishing entity.

2. Submission & File Handling Procedures

Pre-Press Archiving: Uploaded manuscripts and high-resolution print PDF files are stored on encrypted servers restricted solely to essential prepress technicians and editors.
Overrun & Sample Copying: We will not produce additional copies beyond agreed print run quantities without explicit written consent from the author or copyright holder.
Portfolio Display Rights: With client permission, SVPP may display physical sample books in our catalog or social media to celebrate published literature.

3. File Purging & Request for Destruction

Upon project completion and final delivery, clients may request the permanent deletion of working pre-press vector files and draft PDF manuscripts from our digital servers by emailing our support team.
